Whether you want a family tree from scratch or help with an ongoing tree. I have many services to choose from below.

My services are cheap and affordable as I am not a certified genealogist. However, my experience as an 'amateur' genealogist over many years, will ensure that the information I uncover will be accurate and will be verified.

I research family history with ancestors from the UK.

Prices reflect on aspects such as duration of the search, subscriptions, cost of BMD certificates, petrol if travelling (eg. gravestones, places), and complexity of search. But I will ensure that it will be cheaper than certified genealogist, while outcomes will be accurate.

With all services, I will be sure to provide you with everything I uncover via email. I can send them to you by post but with rising costs and not always reliable delivery, I want to prevent this.

If you would like me to create a family tree for you and research your ancestors, please provide me with everything you know about your family. From the earliest known ancestor you know including full names, places, and dates in order to have an accurate beginning to your tree.

This is popular for people who do not have the time to research themselves, or would rather have someone experienced to research it for you. My results can be with you forever and passed down the generations.

Newspapers are my go-to in order to find out more about an ancestor, to potential find stories about them in the papers. I love these as they can help you have a clearer picture about their lives, which go great together with census records.

If you have an ongoing family tree and want me to check the accuracy/organisation of it, I can do that. I can check that the information on there is correct if I'm able to verify it. If you want me to help with brick walls, I can assist you to try find the correct information.

You can do this by sharing your tree and/or discussing it with me.

If you are struggling to find the correct BMD certificate(s) for an ancestor, then I can help and find the correct certificate for your ancestor. These certificates are one of the most important records for an individual.

Hourly search - hour by hour basis: £35 per hour

(3 hours of research recommended with beginning a family tree from scratch)

This service is dedicate time to researching your family tree.

I will send you a report of my findings after each time, and we'll see if you would like me to dig deeper or not.

You can stop at any time.

The hourly search can be undertaken for any research you want and for extra research after the services below if needed.

Or you can choose a set block:

Basic family tree (going back 4 generations): £110

Duration: My findings will be sent to you within two weeks (depending on workload)

Advanced family tree (generations dating back to late 1700s/early 1800s): £180

Duration: My findings will be sent to you within six weeks (depending on workload)

There may be additional expenses for purchasing of Birth, Marriage, and Death certificates and for any other costs involved. I will try and keep additional costs to a minimum!
